Youth Development Program starts on October 20, 2025!

The Social Cooperative Enterprise Phaos, in collaboration with the Swedish organization BothOfUs, proudly announces the launch of the Job, Skills & Career Readiness Program — a comprehensive training program designed to empower young people with the skills and tools they need to confidently enter today’s job market.
The program kicks off on Monday, October 20, 2025.

This initiative is crafted to equip participants with everything they need to compete dynamically for job opportunities — in Greece, across Europe, and beyond. From understanding entrepreneurship and marketing to mastering interview preparation and building a strong professional network, it offers a complete set of knowledge and hands-on skills for career growth.

Program Highlights

Duration: 4 weeks

Sessions: 2 per week (8–10 total)

Target group: Young people aged 16–24

Language: English

Format: Interactive workshops (online & in-person), practical exercises, teamwork activities, and guest speakers

Participation Fee

€65 – for participants from higher-income families

€45 – for participants from middle-income families

€30 – for students or those with limited financial resources
