Workshop Invitation: "Culture as a Sustainable Development Tool"

Description :

The Development Agency of Messinia S.A. – Local Government Development Organization cordially invites you to the workshop titled:
"Culture as a Sustainable Development Tool", which will take place on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 19:00, at the House by Phaos multipurpose space of PHAOS Social Cooperative Enterprise (KOINSEP)(18 Sfaktirias Street, Kalamata).

The workshop is addressed to citizens, cultural associations, artistic and cultural organizations, representatives of local government, youth, students, and professionals active in the broader field of culture (free entrance).

The aim of the event is to highlight culture as a catalyst for sustainable development, with an emphasis on its contribution to strengthening the local economy and social cohesion—especially in rural and semi-urban areas—by leveraging the opportunities offered by modern technologies in the new digital era.

Following the presentations, there will be an information session on the new LEADER Local Development Program 2023–2027, and the opportunities it provides to support initiatives in the fields of culture and local development.

Your presence will be a great honor for us.
